General Terms of Purchase

These terms (the "Terms") govern the sale of and access to digital products ("Playbooks", "Templates", "Audits") from iD Multifunctional AB, reg. no. 556870-1139 ("iDM"), to business customers (the "Customer").
1. Terms of Purchase & Delivery (B2B)
1.1 Delivery
Our digital products are delivered immediately to the email address provided, or via a direct download link, once payment has been approved.
1.2 No Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
As the products are digital in nature (electronic documents and online services) and are delivered immediately, no right of withdrawal applies. By completing the purchase, the Customer expressly consents to delivery commencing immediately, whereby the right of withdrawal is forfeited in its entirety.
1.3 Payment & Merchant of Record
Payment for automated digital products is processed via our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) or directly by card/invoice (Stripe/Fortnox). All prices stated on the platform are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise expressly stated.
2. Intellectual Property & License (IP Protection)
When you purchase a product from iDM, you are not buying ownership of the intellect — you are buying a license to use it.
2.1 Scope of the License
The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual right to use the purchased material exclusively for internal use within its own organization (the same legal entity).
2.2 Strict Prohibition on Distribution
Under no circumstances is it permitted to:

- —Share, copy or send the material to individuals, partners or subsidiaries outside the purchasing organization.
- —Publish the material on public websites, social media or open intranets accessible to third parties.
- —Sell, sublicense, repackage or otherwise commercialize iDM's material (e.g. using our Playbooks in your own consulting practice).
2.3 Breach of Contract and Liquidated Damages
Upon a confirmed breach of clause 2.2 above, liquidated damages of fifty thousand (50,000) SEK become immediately payable to iDM Multifunctional AB per individual breach/document. Payment of liquidated damages does not affect iDM's right to additionally claim compensation for actual and estimated loss of income.
3. Limitation of Liability
iDM provides educational material, frameworks and strategic guidance in the form of Playbooks and Audits. The material is designed as "Best Practice" for B2B sales. iDM, however, assumes no legal or financial responsibility for unrealized results, financial losses or other damages that may arise as a consequence of how the Customer chooses to implement and apply this guidance within its own operations.
